START GATE

ALGE Start gates are used to record the start of a single competitor. Typically used at the start device in sports such as ski racing, snowboarding and mountain bike downhill. The start impulse is generated when the start gate is pushed open.

A number of start gates are available to suit your requirements:

• STScM1S - Single output with inbuilt speech amplifier

• STScM2S - Dual output with inbuilt speech amplifier

We also offer specially designed start gates (e.g. with automatic start wand return or four-fold start gates for use at ski world cups).
