START BLOCK

The Starting Block SO2 is constructed from highly polished stainless steel. The starting platform has been sand blasted for additional grip.

The upper part of the SO2 can be activated, this means that the SO2 registers the start time of relay starts. Together with the time of the touch pad it is possible for the system to calculate if there was a false start.

The rear of the SO2 contains a panel to access the contact mechanism as well as space for the SWIM Terminal SWT and cables during the competition.

 

We can also construct starting blocks to your own design which including the contact mechanism.

For pools with a lapping edge, the SOL2 should be used to give the required height.

For existing start blocks you can use the SWIM Relay Pad SWR1.
