LED SWIM DISPLAY

The ALGE D-LINE series is very universal numeric display board. It is possible to control it direct from ALGE-timing devices like the ALGE Timy, TdC8000, S4 and ALGE SWIM Controller as well as from other devices by RS 232 interface.

The custom input setup allows you to display information from existing devices, by allowing you to choose which information from the input data is to be shown on the display.

For example, if the device provides an input string in the following format:

" 1234 C1 12:34:56.0000 00CR"

The picture below shows a 150mm 8 digit display capable of display rank, lane and time which can scroll through all lanes in a race.

The ALGE D-LINE Swim display can be stacked to create a scoreboard for pools up to 10 lanes. ALGE also manufactures scoreboards in one or two pieces for competition pools. The picture below shows an indoor 8 lane swimming scoreboard with 100mm digits supplied in two pieces.

It is also possible to show the time of day or use it as simple stand alone stopwatch or time/temperature display. If an optional air temperature sensor is purchased with the D-LINE display board, event data can be shown during the sporting event, but at other times the board shows the time of day, date and temperature.

ALGE offers models for indoor and outdoor. The difference is mainly in the brightness of the LED. For outdoor the LED must be much brighter especially if you have direct sunlight on the board

CONFIGURATIONS:

The following figure heights are available:

• Indoor: 57, 100, 150, 250, 450 and 600 mm
• Outdoor: 150, 250, 450 and 600 mm
• Colours: Red (standard), Amber, White, Blue and Green

The standard model has 6 digit. Of course we manufacture any other design you may require. The advantage of LED display boards compared to other display boards is the low price, low maintanence, low power consumption and low weight.

Additional the advantage is for all use in low light areas or for night time use (e.g. dark roof of a stadium). The power supply for the board comes either from the mains (100 - 240 VAC) or an external 12 V car battery.
